Management Experience

Mrs. Zhang is the founding partner of Beijing Highking Law Firm and has been the director since its establishment in 2004. She is in charge of the Finance Committee, Business Supervision Committee and Training Committee.

Mrs. Zhang has practiced law in China since 1993, formerly practicing at Grandall Law Firm. She has served as a member of the Taxation Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association, a member of the M&A and Restructuring and the Non-performing Assets Disposal Committee, and Chief Supervisor of The Shaanxi Chamber of Commerce in Beijing. Mrs. Zhang is an Outstanding Lawyer in Beijing, an Outstanding Lawyer in Chaoyang District, an expert in third-party supervision and assessment of compliance of enterprises involved in cases in Beijing, and Executive Director of the Third Council of Beijing Bankruptcy Law Society. She has served as the permanent legal advisor of dozens of state-owned commercial banks, joint-stock commercial banks, securities companies and insurance companies, and she has provided legal services in the fields of banking, securities, trust, insurance, M&A and restructuring of companies and financial institutions, disposal of non-performing assets, financing bond issuance, and asset securitization.
