Attorney Wu has worked in the courts for 20 years and has been engaged in commercial trials, accumulating rich experience in the fields of finance, arbitration and foreign-related commercial disputes. She has handled many commercial cases and new types of cases with large subject amounts, complex legal relationships and high social impact. Since practicing as an attorney, Attorney Wu has focused on dispute resolution in major commercial cases and has handled some major litigation and arbitration cases, such as disputes over mining rights, disputes over the sale and purchase of houses and disputes over the management of financial resources. Due to her previous work experience, she is familiar with judicial practice and is able to objectively analyze the facts and risks and reasonably predict the outcome of disputes, thus providing clients with more pragmatic and efficient solutions. She has provided legal services for large state-owned enterprises and financial institutions, all of which have achieved good results.
