Professional Experience
Before being admitted to practice law as an attorney, Mr. Geng served in court for commercial, civil and compulsory enforcement matters in Shandong for over ten years. During the course of his service as Judge, Mr. Geng gained extensive experience by presiding over more than 1,500 cases.

Practice Areas
Mr. Geng’s primary practice area is commercial litigation and its compulsory enforcement. During his time as a judge, he tried cases involving disputes regarding financial loans, collateral and property disputes. He is familiar with all the regulations and theories involving cases as stated above. He has the ability to use all the enforcement instruments available to fully obtain the information of enforcement assets, so that he can work creatively to achieve exceptional results for his clients during compulsory enforcement.
Mr. Geng has represented and achieved positive results for many state-owned enterprises in China. He works to help clients enforce their claims in cases concerning financial leasing, entrusted loans and financial loans. Mr. Geng has also achieved credit amongst clients while arguing complex and challenging cases before provincial courts and the Supreme People’s Court of the PLC.
