This case became the first shareholder's dispute over damage to creditors' interests to be accepted by the Beijing courts after the promulgation of the "Proceedings of the National Conference on Civil and Commercial Judicial Work of the Courts''. In this case, Attorney Li successfully protected the legitimate interests of his client by combining his skillful knowledge of jurisprudence with the new regulations of the Supreme Court. The case has become a recommended case by Beijing High Court.
