Professional Experience
Before working as a lawyer, Attorney Liu was a renowned domestic political and legal reporter, and has more than ten years experience in the legal news media. She has worked for Democracy and Law Magazine, Fangyuan Magazine, Times Weekly, New Weekly and Yangtze River Business News. During her career in the media, she participated in the coverage of major news such as Wu Daquan's encounter with the real murderer in prison, Nie Lei's gang-related case in Qingdao, and the uncovering of Guo Wengui. She was involved in the founding of the magazine, ‘Fangyuan Law’, and edited ‘Revelation of China's Contemporary Issues Investigation Report - Problem Officials’, and ‘Revelation of China's Contemporary Issues Investigation Report - Problem Rich People’. In 2015, she transitioned from media to law to engage in brand promotion and publicity. She has participated in planning several legal lectures and seminars, and actively participated in the redress of wrongful and false cases. In 2021, she started to work as an attorney. She previously practiced at Beijing Henning Law Firm, and is now a practicing attorney in Highking Law.

Since working as an attorney,having accumulated rich experience, Attorney Liu has focused on office crime, economic crime, gang-related cases and other criminal defense business. She has deeply researched the cross-field of criminal and civil law and has participated in a series of significant and influential cases.
Her representative cases include: a former general manager of a state-owned enterprise, personnel abuse of power and bribery case; a vice president of the intermediate court bribery case; a large amount of property from unknown sources case; a company personnel organization, leading pyramid selling activities case; a county in Henan, the richest person involved in the black case; a village in Henan, the former branch secretary involved in black, among others.
