Professional Experience

Before practising as an attorney, Attorney Wu was a procurator , and then worked as the position of in house counsel in large construction enterprises which controlled by the government. She is qualified as a securities practitioner, secretary of the board of directors of SSE, and a corporate in-house counsel. She is familiar with commercial laws and rules which regarding the construction area. After practising law, she has provided full legal services for many projects which  involved development, equity investment mergers and acquisitions, new energy mergers and acquisitions, corporate bond issuance, and insurance capital utilization.

Attorney Wu is good at providing annual legal counsel and dispute resolution legal services for various enterprises and institutes.
