Mr. Hao graduated from Northwest University of Political Science and Law with Law Bachelor degree.  

Professional Experience

Mr. Hao has been engaged in trial, execution and filing of cases in the courts for more than ten years, and is very familiar with litigation and execution agency skills; during his practice, the lawyer has mainly represented the High Court and the Supreme People's Court in the first trial, second trial and appeals; execution agency for major and complex cases.

Practice Areas

Mr. Hao has been engaged in court trials (economic, corporate bankruptcy, enforcement and filing) since 1993. During this period, he presided over, participated and appointed to hear more than 2,000 cases of various kinds. Afterwards, he engaged in the practice of law, mainly engaged in the study of capital operation and management of China's capital market; restructuring, mergers and acquisitions of listed companies. He was invited to be the legal counsel for a number of state-owned companies, foreign-invested enterprises, large private enterprises and listed companies and provided full legal services for the listed companies, asset restructuring, equity transfer, mergers and acquisitions, financing and participated in the standard contract text. He has drafted and revised a large number of contracts, negotiated, drafted, issued legal opinions, witnessed and conducted due diligence investigations; and participated in the restructuring of enterprises directly under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and its affiliated enterprises.  Now he is a senior consultant of Beijing Haiqin Law Firm.
