Professional Experience

Ms. Sun once interned at basic level court in Hebei Province, and has much experience in large law firms and litigation management department of large state-owned commercial banks. She has extensive experience in contract drafting and review, and corporate litigation. Ms. Sun has handled many major civil and commercial litigation cases and non-litigation obligations. Currently served as paralegal at Beijing HighKing Law Firm.

Ms. Sun focus on non-litigation business as corporate legal counsel, brings with her significant experience in  labor and personnel systems establishment, legal documents management, corporate business negotiations, and daily operations compliance management. During her previous tenure, she represented and handled a number of contract, copyright infringement and equity transfer disputes, labor arbitration, commercial arbitration and other cases.
