Professional Experience

Mr. Lei is currently the head and partner of the Risk Control Department of Beijing Highking (Xi 'an) Law Firm. He was engaged in trial work in the court for more than ten years and has rich experience in trial work.

Practice Areas

Mr. Lei participated in the construction of major platforms for judicial openness, mainly providing basic plans for the upgrading of the open website of judgment documents, improving the convenience of uploading and querying, and participating in the organization of relevant symposia and press conferences. He also participated in the investigation and construction of the intervention case record system, drafted the relevant systems and speeches of the Supreme Court, organized the selection of outstanding judgment documents of the national courts, and compiled a book for public publication. He also participated in the investigation of the basic situation of the national court case evaluation, and regularly formed evaluation reports.

 Since July 2019, he has worked as a business consultant in a law firm, mainly involved in contract negotiation and litigation execution of financial investment cases such as company equity, contract review and dispute settlement.
