Bachelor of Law from the Southwest University of Political Science & Law.
Master of Law from the Graduate Institute of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.

Professional Experience
With more than ten years’ working experience in procuratorate and court, Mr. Ai has been appointed to the position of Judge in one court of Beijing. He was the prosecutor and also Deputy Chief in one procuratorate in Beijing, and the Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions. He has gained extensive experience in both knowledge and practice in the legal profession. Mr. Ai is now a partner of Beijing Highking Law Firm and formerly worked at Beijing DHH Law Firm.

Mr. Ai has substantial experience in criminal defense, cross-over cases of criminal and civil, the criminal compliance review, financial litigation in enforcement, and disposal of bad assets.
