Professional Experience 

Attorney Li has handled a number of major corporate restructuring cases involving both sides of the Taiwan Strait, including Yashin Electronics Corporation (Taiwan), and Yashin Electronics (Dongguan) Co. He has acted as supervisor for the restructuring of the above-mentioned enterprises on behalf of the Bank Group, supervising and implementing the preparation and implementation of the restructuring plan with legal expertise. In February 2016, the court ruled that the restructuring of Far Eastern Air Transport (Taiwan) was complete, setting a record for the second restructuring case in Taiwan to successfully combine investors to revitalize the company.
