He studied English at Beijing Foreign Studies University.

Professional Experience
Attorney Li has been practicing as a certified attorney since 1993. Before he joined Highking as a senior partner, he worked as an associate attorney in Shidai Law Firm, Guantao Law Firm, and Hezhong Law Firm. Attorney Li has been an Arbitrator of Beijing Labor Arbitration Committee, and a member of China Association for Promoting Democracy and Trademark Specialized Committee of Beijing Lawyers Committee.
