Before Attorney Wang joined Highking as a senior partner, he worked as a senior manager for state owned enterprises, foreign investment companies and privately owned companies. He has rich experience of business management, and is familiar with legal issues involved in the operation of an enterprise. He can provide a full range of legal services for enterprises.

Mr. Wang's main specialties are corporate practice, domestic and foreign commercial trade, corporate mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, and Taiwan-related cases. This includes the drafting and revision of standard contract texts for enterprises, as well as contract review, participation in business negotiations and settlement of labor disputes, which can fully meet the practical needs of business operations. In the fields of corporate acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions, financing and IPO, Mr. Wang has extensive experience and has been involved in many types of corporate acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions, financing and overseas IPO. He is familiar with the main operations in the above areas including, but not limited to, organizing due diligence, designing business proposals, participating in negotiations and coordinating with other institutions.
In the field of commercial disputes, Mr. Wang also has extensive theoretical knowledge and practical experience, having represented many enterprises in nearly one hundred litigation and arbitration cases, and has a keen observation and strong grasp of the handling of cases.
At present, Mr. Wang acts as counsel for more than ten large state-owned companies, Taiwanese investment enterprises and private enterprises.
