Attorney Cao graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a Master of Civil and Commercial Law degree.

Attorney Cao started practicing law in 2008. Before joining Highking in 2016, he practiced at Beijing Zhong Lun W & D Law Firm and Beijing Jincheng Tongda & Neal Law Firm. He was selected as “Excellent Lawyer in Securities” of Jincheng Tongda & Neal, in 2012 and 2013.
