Mr. Cao is now a full-time lawyer and senior partner of Beijing Highking (Xi 'an) Law Firm. He has a solid foundation in legal theory and rich practical experience.

Practice Areas

Mr. Cao specializes in government legal counsel, real estate construction, high-end civil and commercial litigation, corporate mergers and acquisitions, financial legal services, international investment and financing. Mr. Cao has excellent achievements in the field of government legal counsel, serving as legal counsel to a number of government departments and administrative committees, and is particularly good at dealing with government land, planning, construction and administrative disputes. During his practice, he was invited to attend the company, investment and real estate legal practice seminars organized by the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Commerce for many times, and accumulated profound legal theoretical knowledge and exquisite legal practice experience.

In addition, Mr. Cao has served as the legal counsel for a number of large real estate enterprise groups, government land planning departments and financial institutions, and has also served as the full-time legal counsel for intellectual property rights of a number of well-known listed companies, specializing in patent, trademark and trade secret cases.
