Attorney Lu has served in the judiciary and has rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience. Before he joined Highking as a partner, he worked in FP & BC Law firm.

Mr. Lu has extensive experience in financial practice. During his career, he has mainly engaged in commercial litigation; arbitration; corporate mergers and acquisitions; restructuring; asset disposal; commercial factoring; equity investment and other financial business areas regarding project establishment and project investment; contract review; corporate compliance and related dispute resolution legal services. He specializes in providing a full range of legal services to different types of enterprises, including joint- stock banks, commercial factoring companies, financial leasing companies, financial enterprises including equity M&A funds, listed mineral companies, real estate companies, and large military industrial companies.
During his more than ten years of practice, Mr. Lu has handled hundreds of major and complex litigation cases independently, or with participation. He has focused on civil and commercial litigation, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, transfer of property rights, project investment and financing, disposal of non-performing assets, compliance and other business areas, and has successfully handled a number of economic and civil cases and non-litigation business, in which he has effectively defended the interests of his clients, who have praised him for the   quality of the services he has provided.
